    The scientific and technical society "Àlvis" (Tula, Russian Federation) is created in 1995 (registration number 2817) with the purpose of development of new technological processes, materials and settings for synthesis of constructional polymeric materials on the basis of anionic polycaproamide (polyamide 6 block, caprolon, kaprolon).
    STS "Àlvis" is a Member of Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the Russian Federation.

     Now STS "Àlvis" is the solid firm with many business partners in all territory of Russia and abroad, it is the participant and the winner of many exhibitions. Among our constant partners both the large unitary enterprises and private firms. For last 5 years the volume of a total product has increased in 6 times.
      Experts of our firm stood in the beginning of the first setting of caprolonmaking in the USSR. Employees of the Society possess a high standard of knowledge (including scientific degrees) and the factory floor experience. They authors of many publications and they have tens copyright certificates and patents of the Russian Federation.

 2009, Tula
    Within 16 years we had been developed and mastered following technologies of synthesis of caprolon:
 - painted in mass;
 - with the improved physicalmechanical parameters;
 - with the increased impact strength;
 - with small friction coefficient (slippy);
 - flexible, soft caprolon;
 - with the variable coefficient of elasticity on the radius witch applied to production of wheels;
 - made foam (polyfoam 'Ïåí-Àí'™).

    We synthesize caprolon in a various kind:
 - products with the exact sizes (including wheels for railway crack detector trolleys);
 - thin sheets and plates (from 4 mm), blocks;
 - rods of small and big diameter (from 13 mm up to 1370 mm);
 - blanks of type bushing, pipe, glass in diameters from 43 up to 1370 mm, long up to 1400 mm;
 - blanks of type bowl for tumbling mill;
 - blanks of type mushroom for details of T-shaped profile;
 - blanks of type segment for rotary sites of conveyors.

  STS "Àlvis" gives following works and services:

 - delivery of all polymeric materials nowadays existing including materials of special purposes;

 - advices of qualitative proficients on application of polymeric materials;

 - selection of polymeric materials for specific purposes;

 - and also makes half-way products and details of polymeric materials on the basis of polyamide 6 block (caprolon, PÀ-6 block) weight from 100 g up to 80 kg.

  Our products:

  The technology provides absence in polymeric cast-molding significant internal pressure.
